In 2005 Delap and Waller, a premier provider of building services designs and EcoCo, a leading Sustainable Building Consultancy joined forces to launch Delap and Waller EcoCo. The concept of this unique integrated service was to offer multi-level solutions that are sustainable, energy efficient, adaptable and integrated with the building design.
We have developed an approach to sustainable design which integrates both architecture and building services, with environmental performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness as core principles. In a rapidly changing market and legislative environment, we endeavour to develop innovative and flexible solutions to meet our Clients’ needs, and to add both ecological and financial value to their projects. The services of Delap & Waller EcoCo are equally beneficial for the master planning and detail design of buildings as well as the efficient operation of existing building stock.

Our diverse skill base and wide ranging knowledge ensure that all aspects of sustainability are considered and that our clients’ needs are fully catered for. DWEcoCo is a member of Éasca which was set up to support, accredit and promote sustainable construction in Ireland. Membership of Éasca is judged on the basis of a member’s commitment to achieving sustainable building practices and the practical steps they are taking to realise that commitment. Éasca membership ensures that the services offered by the company are useful in helping to deliver more sustainable construction.
